青海省拉面产业行业协会名工作人员告诉记者，正在实施的“三店”，是青海省农业农村厅的个项目，其中个内容就是门头要出现“青海拉面”这几个字。商自愿报名，不用交钱。该工作人员表示，实施单位会根据项目内容，给每个门店配备东西。
